DHC-2 Beaver
The Timberwolf Beaver is one of the few aircraft that will sideslip realistically, ie; a major increase in vertical descent rate with no increase in airspeed. Note the 1500fpm descent rate while still holding 70k airspeed [this was at moderate left aileron and full right rudder]. I use Justin Tymes Genesis Mesh scenery which seems to put many airfields "in a hole" and generates lots of practice at this stuff.
