Timberwolf Airways provides the North Coast BC region with emergency medical transportation. Both the Citation II and PC-12 are equipped to serve as air ambulances, and medical technicians are on 24 hour call.

There's been a serious car accident in Smithers, and one victim needs emergency surgery. The ambulance will meet you at the Smithers airport - transport the patient to Prince George, then return home to CYPR.

Citation II
You have received a Medivac for Atlin, BC. You leave Prince Rupert at 05:00 and are bound for Atlin, BC (CYSQ). A man has had a heart attack and you will transport to Vancouver, B.C. (CYVR).

After landing in Vancouver and your patient is rushed to the emergency room. A nurse comes to you with emergency flight orders from Timberwolf head office. You are to pick up a kidney from Vancouver General Hospital and take it to the Edmonton (CYEG) Hospital.

After dropping off the kidney in Edmonton (CYEG) you pick-up an elderly cancer patient going home after 3 months in Edmonton receiving radiation treatment, you fly her to Prince George (CYXS).

After your drop in Prince George you pick-up 2 undercover police officers and return them to Prince Rupert. This part of your flight is to be kept secret.

Citation II

A heart has become available in Fort St John, intended for a transplant patient at the University Hospital in Edmonton. Depart immediately, pick up the heart in Ft St John, and deliver to the Edmonton Municipal Airport. You may spend the night and return at your leisure.

Citation II
A construction worker in Bronson Creek was hit on the head by a hammer that was accidentally dropped from above by a co-worker.  Pick him up in Bronson Creek and transport him to Vancouver (CYVR) for hospitalization.
